“Location is good and quite near the Sunshine plaza and Maroochydore bus station. Room is large, clean and facility is modern. We lived here for five days. However, we felt disappointed that we could not find any dishes/plates and bowls provided even kitchen equipment (oven, microwave) was in there.”

We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good……

“The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela. They swung into action identifying the problem and then ended up moving us to be to a closer router. They really went above and beyond in my estimation and saved what could have been a……
